Building off the same architecture as the UR20, the UR30 cobot offers extraordinary lift in a compact footprint with superior motion control ensuring the perfect placement of large payloads.
The Universal Robots UR30 can lift large loads, while fitting into the collaborative environment in a compact footprint. With a lifting capacity of 30 kg and a reach of 1300 mm, this robot can supply machining machines with larger workpieces, palletize heavy products and effectively support high-torque screwing.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
The UR30 basic package includes a UR30 robot arm, a control box, a 3PE TP (teaching unit with integrated 3-position activation device), a power cable, a cable to connect the arm to the control box, and documentation. Application kits or other options are not part of the UR30 basic package and must be ordered separately.
3PE TEACHING UNIT
The UR30 is supplied by default with a 3-position activation device, a so-called 3PE TP. The teaching unit includes our market-leading software, PolyScope, with which you can control the cobot and guarantee optimal safety when working close to the robot.
CONTROL BOX
The standard control box of the UR30 weighs only 12 kg when installed in any environment and offers a holder for optimal storage of the TP. The controller serves as a hub for power supply, safety functions and communications, providing a compact and efficient solution to control the operation of the UR30 system.
MOTION CONTROL
The UR30 has received software improvements to minimize the stress on the arm mechanics and the new wrist architecture.
